What Do We Inspect?

A home inspection is a visual, non invasive inspection of the homes components and systems. If I can see it I will inspect it. If it is covered up than I can't see it and it wont get inspected. I don't have X-ray vision so I can't see behind walls or under concrete. That being said I will do my best to find other indications of problems that might be behind walls or under concrete. There are usually outward signs of most problems.

- Roof
- Exterior
- Basement, Foundation, Crawlspace & Structure
- Heating
- Cooling
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Fireplace
- Attic & Insulation
- Doors, Windows & Interior
